RayClic Connection System
The RayClic connection system cuts installation time by 80%. Inserting the stripped cable into the module and tightening two screws is all it takes. Suitable for used with hot water temperature maintenance products HWAT-M, HWAT-R and XL-Trace frost protection products and GM-2X heating cables. All RayClic connections have IP68 weather protection.
Power Connections
RayClic power connections are used to join the trace heating cable to the controller. They typically consist of a cold lead which is pre-terminated to the RayClic and one or more openings to attach the trace heating cable to.
RayClic-CE-02
Raychem Part Number: 235422-000
The RayClic CE-02 allows the connection of trace heating cable to a controller. It has a single output for the trace heating cable.
Included cold lead (power cable) is 1.5m in length.
The CE-02 kit includes an end seal and support bracket for mounting to the pipework.
RayClic-PS-02
Raychem Part Number: 716976-000
The RayClic PS-02 allows the connection of trace heating cable to a controller. It has a double output to allow for the trace heating cable to branch off in two directions from the power source.
Included cold lead (power cable) is 1.5m in length.
The PS-02 kit includes two end seals and a support bracket for mounting to the pipework.
RayClic-PT-02

The RayClic PT-02 allows the connection of trace heating cable to a controller. It has three outputs to allow for the trace heating cable to branch off in multiple directions from the power source.
Included cold lead (power cable) is 1.5m in length.
The PT-02 kit includes three end seals and a support bracket for mounting to the pipework.
Standard Connections
Standard connections are used within the circuit of the trace heated area creating junctions to follow the pipework.

The RayClic S-02 allows the connection of two lengths of trace heating cable to each other.
The S-02 kit includes a support bracket for mounting to the pipework.
RayClic-T-02
Raychem Part Number: 441524-000
The RayClic T-02 gives a ‘T’ junction to allow easy branching from a main circuit into a branch.
The T-02 kit includes a support bracket for mounting to the pipework and an end seal for the additional branch.
RayClic-X-02

The RayClic X-02 gives a ‘X’ junction to allow easy branching from a main circuit into two branches.
The X-02 kit includes a support bracket for mounting to the pipework and end seals for the additional branches.

Raychem Part Number: 224727-000
The RayClic-E-02 end seals cold seal termination for select nVent Raychem XL-Trace, IceStop and HWAT self-regulating heating cables. No heat guns or wire stripping are needed, because silicone gel technology is used to make the electrical termination.
